This is a natural processed coffee from Finca El Morito and Miguel Estela Chilcon. Found in the Cajamarca region of Peru, which is one of our favourite and often underrated coffee growing areas in Peru!
Grown at 1700-1900m. Tasting notes of plum, red apple, and juicy acidity.
Great for filter or espresso.

Great care is taken at the farm to prioritize environmentally friendly practices, soil conservation and native species preservation. The use of compost instead of relying on fertilizers, and water management through the use of a waterless pulping process for the beans are just a couple of examples.
