This yellow caturra coffee lot comes from Finca El Morito and Fredesvinda Estela. Finca El Morito is in the Cajamarca region of Peru, which is one of our favourite and often underrated coffee growing areas in Peru!
Caturra coffees often have very approachable profiles, lots of warm notes of caramel and nuttiness, balanced by pleasant acidity and some berry notes. This one is no different. Our early tasting notes are citrus, caramel, and light florals.
Grown at 1800 - 1870m.
Great for filter or espresso.
