This lot comes from Jilmer Guevar whose farm, El Velo de Novia, is near the town of Gramalotal in Cajamaja.
The coffee was exported by Origin Coffee Lab, who has been working actively to improve prices for farmers, and has started a public health project in the area.
The coffee is roasted light, but it makes for excellent espresso. Also very nice as filter coffee.
Grown at 1979-2026m. Tasting notes: tropical fruit, light citrus, sweet chocolate.
