Enrique is a 3rd generation coffee farmer and has been cultivating coffee himself since 1994. His farm, Agua Salada, is in the hills of Comayagua, Honduras.
This coffee is considered 'semi-washed'. It got two stages of fermentation before getting dried on raised beds.
The coffee has nice caramel sweetness with an upfront juiciness. It'll be great for any brew method.
Light roasted, grown at 1600m above sea level.
