This is a natural coffee from producer Ricardo Zelaya's Santa Clara Estate. Meticulous sorting and drying gives this lot a clean and restrained profile.
For the mountain bike lovers: Carmona Trails, a network of downhill mtb trails starts high above the farm and passes through the coffee farm as the trails descend down the mountain side.
This lot is a single coffee varietal - Bourboincito - and we find notes of chocolate, white grape, and nectarine.
Grown at 1550 - 2050m above sea level.
Light roast.
