This coffee is an exceptional example of a natural process coffee. Very sweet and fruity. Notes of cherry, raspberry, vanilla custard.
During processing, the cherries are hand sorted, then fermented for 12-15 days. During the fermentation, the cherries continue to be hand sorted and rotated to ensure even drying. All this effort makes for a bright and sweet cup.
Grown at 1950-2050m.
