This Ethiopian coffee is from the Gedeo Zone of Yirgacheffe. It is made up of the harvest of many smallhold family farms in the area around the Adorsi Washing Station. The harvested cherries undergo 24 hours of fermentation before getting pulped, washed and dried on raised beds.

Tasting notes: berries, lemon blossom, black tea. This is a classic example of a really well balanced washed Ethiopian coffee.
