This is the first year we've roasted Yorgeny's coffee, and it's a great addition to our line up of female producers from the Narino region in Colombia.
This lot was grown at 1750-1850m above sea level. She does a short 24-36 hour ferment of the coffee cherry before deplulping, washing and drying the beans. The fermented time leads to nice sweetness in the cup. We find flavours of sweet grapefruit, cacao, hibiscus. It's well balanced and juicy.
