Maria Delgado's coffee is always clean and wonderful. Her farm, Finca El Chocó, is in the village of San Antonio, in the municipal area of Buesaco, in Nariño.
Grown at 2200m above sea level. Open water tank fermentation for 5 days, then washed and sun dried for 8-12 days.
We find red apple, caramel, mild orange-like acidity, delicate body.
