The coffee is then given a final washing and is dried in solar dryers. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eWe find pink bourbon varietals often have a nice sweet cocoa base balanced by an overall bright and punchy flavour profile; and this one is no exception.  \u003cbr\u003eThere are some more delicate floral notes that come through as the coffee rests.
