Amparo Moncayo de Botina grows coffee in the Nariño region of Colombia. This is the sixth year that we have featured coffee from her top lot.
Her coffee is grown 1920m above sea level, washed, fermented for 16-20 hours, then dried on covered raised beds for 12 days.
We find mellow balanced light florals and caramel.
