Grown at a high altitude of 1800m. Disnel collects the ripe cherries, and does an initial 45 hour fermentation in sealed bags. They are then depulped and go through a 35 hour dry fermentation (also in sealed bags) before a final wash and drying period. All this leads to a nice juicy cup of coffee. Fruity and complex.
