The Nensebo Washing Station collects coffee cherries from small farms in the surrounding area. After the cherries are delivered, they go through a sorting processes (water floatation tanks), and then are dried on a raised bed with frequent rotation for even drying.
This natural processed coffee is well balanced with fruity notes of berries, citrus and light florals. Very smooth and easy to drink. It will be great as a pourover, as espresso, as a chilled summer coffee, anything really!
Grown at 1950-2100m.
