A washed coffee from the Shakiso washing station in east Guji, Ethiopia.The washing station is managed by Abder Malik Keder.Coffee is collected from local farms, grown at 2100 meters above sea level.Fermented for 72 hours, then washed and dried on raised beds. Light roast. We find a complex cup with notes of fruit compote, biscuits and cream. 340g, 2 lb, or 5 lb. Grinding available for 340g bags only.
