A washed coffee from the Haji Betro washing station in Nensebo, West Arsi, Ethiopia. Coffee at this station is pooled from over 700 small farms in the area. This lot goes through a short fermentation before being washed and dried on raised beds.
Grown at 1900-2100m. Roasted light.
We find a complex cup with notes of apricot, pear, dark chocolate, and black tea.
