This coffee is a blended lot from a few producers in the Chito Community of the Zamora Chinchipe province in Ecuador. Coffee in this southern region of the country has been grown for many generations, lending to a wealth of coffee knowledge and excellent quality.
With a mix of coffee varietals, this lot makes for a nicely balanced cup, great for espresso and filter brewing methods alike. Notes of caramel, lime, chocolate and cinnamon.
