Fazenda Jaguara is a farm in south eastern Brazil and is certified Carbon neutral. Producers Natalia Brito and André Luiz Wander specialize in natural coffees using experimental methods. This lot was fermented for 48 hour in barrels then dried on raised beds for 48 hour. It's wild and delicious.
