Amparo Moncayo de Botina grows coffee in the Nariño region of Colombia. This is the fifth year that we have featured her top lot.
Her coffee is grown 1920m above sea level, washed, fermented for 16-20 hours, then dried on covered raised beds for 12 days and vacuum sealed.
We find mellow flavours of plum and orange with nicely balanced acidity.
