This is a mellow washed anaerobic coffee from Julio Palli. And it's our first ever coffee feature from Bolivia! The coffee underwent 24 hours of anaerobic fermentation in tanks before the usual pulping, washing and drying process. This gives it a bit more of a funky vibe, but the overall flavour profile is well balanced.
Tasting notes of dark chocolate, stewed apple, apricot and hazelnut.
