La Palestina is an 11 hectare farm owned and managed by the Alarcon Family. Found in the Cajamarca region of Peru, which is one of our favourite and often underrated coffee growing areas in Peru!
Grown at 1400-1750m. Tasting notes of milk chocolate, marzipan and dates - it has a nice balance of juiciness and sweetness.
Great for filter or espresso.

The coffee was exported by Origin Coffee Lab, who has been working actively to improve prices for farmers, and has started a public health project in the area.
